It seems like the main reason to get this would be ease of use for coffee that doesn’t come in a K-cup, and what seems to be a quieter heating operation than the original Keurig models.

i HAVE THIS MACHINE AND LOVE IT !
This uses pre-ground coffee roasted maybe few weeks or months ago and it will never taste as good as fresh coffee(3-15 days from roasting) grounded just before brewing.
